Welcome to the online registration for Replay AVA by Trisys

Replay AVA Registration has two parts:

1. Online Registration - used to obtain a registration number. Once online part of the registration is completed, you will be emailed the registration number.
2. A registration program located on the PC where Replay AVA Server is installed. You will use the received via email registration number to register software here.

Please print this page and follow the steps below to register your software.

Step 1. – At the machine running Replay AVA Server, go to Services and stop Replay AVA service.

Step 2. – Go to Start/Programs/Replay AVA/Register Replay AVA.

Step 3. - Click on the Register Software on this PC button.

Step 4. – The message "The Serial Number...is found on this..."
(a) If this is your current Serial Number – click on YES.
(b) If you want to change the Serial Number – click on NO.

Step 5. – In case you want to change the Serial Number (you clicked on NO in Step 4) you may receive the message "The Serial Number...is registered properly...". Click NO to overwrite old registration.

Otherwise, the message "Do you have a registration number?" appears. Click on YES and enter the new serial number in the provided spaces. Click on OK.

Step 6. – The Enter Registration Number screen appears. It displays the Serial Number and the Computer ID. Copy both numbers into the space provided below.

Step 7. - Return to the Online Registration screen. Click on START REGISTRATION link.

Step 8. - Enter the Serial Number and the Computer ID (copied in step 6) in corresponding space and click on Continue.

Step 9. – The registration form comes up. Complete the form with requested information. Please note, the registration number will be sent to the email address entered here. Click on Register.

Step 10. - The confirmation page appears. The registration number has been emailed to the address specified in step 9.

Step 11. - Return to the computer where Replay Server is installed. Enter the Registration number (received via email) into the appropriate space on the Enter Registration Number screen and click OK. You will receive confirmation "This software is registered properly". Click on OK and then close the Replay Registration screen.

Registration is now complete.
